We offer a variety of fishing packages, including half-day trips, full-day excursions, and overnight stays with experienced guides. Each trip includes delicious picnic lunches, ensuring you have the energy to keep fishing! Our waters are stocked with an impressive variety of fish, including Bass, Crappie, Bluegill, and Catfish. The largest lake on our property is home to 2-8 pound Rainbow and Golden Trout, which can be viewed from our cozy cabin decks.

What to Bring for Your Fishing Adventure:

Rods, Reels, and Tackle: Ensure you have your favorite fishing gear ready for an exciting day on the water.

Season-Appropriate Clothing: Dress for the weather with comfortable clothing, and don’t forget to pack rain gear, sunscreen, and sunglasses for sun protection.

Camera: Capture your fishing memories and the big catches with a camera to document your adventure.

Cooler: Bring a cooler to keep your drinks cold or to store your catch for later.

Our ponds are not subject to state fishing regulations. However, we do set our own limits. You will be briefed what those limits are for each pond, before fishing. Limit and Catch & Release Guidelines are posted at Lodge. On Timber Hills property no license is required. However, when on Free Range Property permits and licenses are not included. It is the responsibility of the fisherman to obtain the proper permits and licenses. Most permits and licenses are available for purchase online.
