Timber Hills Lake Ranch is located in the lower Missouri River Basin (in Kansas). The area has plenty of water and cropland food, and the land boasts both Central and Mississippi Flyways. Our 40-acre lake is the largest body of water for miles, making it the perfect landing spot. Surrounding the lake are plenty of marshy and flat areas that make ideal resting and refueling spots for migratory waterfowl.
